Bigger than the Game... yeah right?
How arrogant are the NZ Rugby Union?
How many times do they need to carry on with this arrogance and pay, before they learn the lesson.
Forgetting to tell News Ltd that they were going to rest 22 of the All Blacks yet announcing it to the world. They seem to forget, at inopportune times, that this is the professional era and they get paid by News Ltd for the Super 14. Even signed a contract.
It is amateurish in the extreme.
This is the same Rugby Union that lost the Co-hosting rights of the last world cup because they weren't prepared to seek out and establish "clean" stadiums which must have cost the union millions
Unless the NZRU is prepared to step up and become far more professional in their dealings, they will damage the brand they so dearly wish to protect
Arrogance and stupidity will do that!!
