I spent early yesterday morning wandering around the Merimbular Golf Course. At 7.30 am is a great time to be up and about (especially if you aren't in work mode)

I say wandering but it was hardly in a straight line, more a zig zag down the fairway but as an exercise in exercise, it was just the tin of biscuits.
Golf is an incredibly frustrating game if you let it get to you. I have found that the best approach is to get out there and take your shot. Sure you can do all sorts of practice swings and go through the motions of perfection, but it takes club on ball to make it work as a game.
I have got to the point now, where my shots are travelling in a forward direction in virtually all instances. If they vary a few degrees, then what the hell, its still nothing to worry about as the ball is fairly easy to find. In other words, if it goes bush, it hasn't "gone bush" too far to be classified lost.
Par is a word that I havent got too used to using in relation to my game but in time, I get the idea that it will come. I'm just happy being out there with the Kangaroos.
Life is a series of images that we place importance on. The images we see, shapes our decisions to act. The view we choose to see, shapes the action we take.
