Aussie v Sth Africa 5th August 06
The score, 20 to 18. Aussie win it but it took until the 75th minute after Sth Africa took over the lead mid way through the second half.
it was a game of kicking and this detracted from what could have been a great spectacle. Aussie wasn't prepared to chance their arm and Sth Africa had nothing to lose. Like last week, it was a tough uncompromising game.
Now Aussie have a fortnight off before facing the All Blacks in Auckland.
With the Aussie win, the Tri Nations comp has been opened up with NZ on 13 points and Aussie creeping up to 10. Sth Africa is on 1 but they have three games to go on home soil and all being played at altitude
